It is our promise to the City of Duluth, Minnesota and its citizens that the Board of Directors of Duluth Harbor Rescue Mission will be responsible for determining and monitoring the mission of the organization and the strategies that support it. Regular reviews of Duluth Harbor Rescue Mission's strategies will assure that resources are used responsibly and that the goals are consistent with accomplishing the mission.
