New Life Men’s Program

The vision of Duluth Harbor Mission includes the Men’s New Life program that will offer housing for up to 18 months to men coming out of incarceration, or chemical dependency treatment. The men will have a rigorous schedule including working outside the facility and volunteering in the facility.
